Meet Your Coach

Hello everyone, I’m Coach Libby—the founder and head coach behind this program.

I’m originally from Hudson, Wisconsin, the second oldest of six, and currently a junior at the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire studying Exercise Science and Coaching. I started this business in 2025 to offer something I couldn’t find in Eau Claire: true one-on-one coaching that doesn’t end when the session is over.

My coaching is built around individualized support through consistent communication, check-ins, and feedback, allowing me to stay closely connected with my athletes no matter where they train.

My goal is to make sure every athlete feels seen, supported, and fully invested in throughout their journey.
