Once you join, you'll receive a fully customized running and lifting program designed around your goals, schedule, and current training. Complete your workouts on your own time, and I'll provide weekly check-ins, feedback, and support along the way.

Beyond the Track is designed for middle school, high school, and collegiate track & field athletes of all experience levels, including sprinters, distance runners, jumpers, and multi-sport athletes.

Absolutely! Your training is built around your practices, games, work schedule, and other commitments so you can continue improving without becoming overwhelmed.

Remote coaching is $120 per month, billed on the 1st of each month.

Yes. There are no long-term contracts, and you can cancel your monthly membership at any time.
